Thursday Diet


Day 9 

Breakfast – 1 cup of coffee, rice and veggies

Lunch – 4 pieces pan de sal (im beginning to love eating  bread instead of rice) , 1 can sardines

15 minute workout (it has been a week since I last weighed myself, do u think this would work?)

Dinner – 1 half rice and veggies
